“Facade Printer” – An air pressure system prints precisely color dots computer-guided to a facade. Types and simple picture are printed like this dot by dot from a distance up to 15 meters. By Martin Fussenegger and Michael Haas.

Hi,
I’m Ben, I’m a french artist actually living in Ireland. I just found out about your project Facade Printer… It’s funny to see we had the same idea at the same time and we made completely design. Maybe one day we could do a gig together and shoot a picture together… ;-)
But something I’m not sure, does your project is also controlled by a computer or is it manual?

Nun kann man Fassaden (und auch Fenster) wunderbar mit Punkten bemalen. Der Facade Printer und auch der Print Ball machen es möglich. Im Stile einer Paintball-Pistole kann man mit ihnen großformatige Bilder an die Fassaden der Städte werfen (wie im Video – allerdings an einer Glasscheibe – zu sehen). Wir sind gespannt, wann die ersten in Berlin auftauchen. Oder gibt´s die schon? [...]
